Robin's Refuge is a sanctuary for farmed animals that is run by a daughter and mother duo. They are dedicated to providing lifelong homes to the animals in their care, all of whom have come from situations of abuse, neglect and/or ignorance. They are committed to advocating for these animals through public education. Farming is deeply woven into the fabric of Alberta, and sadly there is much misinformation as to the treatment and care of animals used for livestock purposes. They strive to teach humane treatment of animals, alternative lifestyle options that include more environmentally friendly choices, and to remove the ignorance that surrounds animal-based industries.
