Free shipping on orders $80 or more in North America.

Canadian orders will be received within 3-7 business days.
For customers who live outside Canada, your order will be received within 5-15 business days. Duty rates may apply.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will happily accept returns and exchanges on any full price, unworn and like-new merchandise or damaged/ defective product. We will even cover the return shipping!
Sale, discontinued and worn items are not eligible for refund.
ORDERS & TRACKING
If your item has already been shipped, unfortunately you are not able to change your order.
We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take a few days to update.
Yes! Our new 100% biodegradable mailers, from Canadian company Friendly Mailer, are paving the way for the future! They are tear proof and water resistant, made with D2W biodegradable materials, and have 2 year lifespan.
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please do the following:
1. Check your spam folder!
2. Verify that the email address with your order is correct.
3. If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent asap.
4. If the email address you provided was correct, but you could not find the order confirmation, send an email to email@example.com and we will resend it.
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not receive it, please follow the steps below:
1. Double check the address you provided is correct.
2. Contact your local post office.
3. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further support.
For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you still have not received it, please contact customs asap. You may need to pick up your package.
If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned to us. We will be able to reship your order, however you will have to pay the postage fee again.
To keep your clothing in the best condition, please always wash in cold water and hang or lay flat to dry.
Do not put tote bags in the dryer as this will cause shrinkage!
All sweaters are made from 30% bamboo and 70% organic cotton. All tees (are pre-shrunk!), totes, toques and dad hats are 100% cotton.
Yes! We stock tees, tanks, totes, toques (try saying that really fast lol), caps and stickers and we wholesale these at fixed prices based on 60% of profits going to you, the retailer. To view pricing, please apply for a wholesale account with us.
You bet! If you have an item or size that isn't selling, we will happily exchange it for the size/ color/ style you do need. We will even cover the return shipping.
